RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Refunds Condition 

As our product (Jersey) is custom printed in various sizes base on customer’s order, NO returns & refund is accepted EXCEPT for factory defected or damaged item. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days after you have received the order received at runasia.cs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

2. How To Return An Item

1. Please email runasia.cs@gmail.com with the reason for your return together with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition to request for return.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. You are expected to receive feedback within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.

 

3. Order Required for Exchange

No, we do not accept exchange of item as our product (Jersey) is custom printed in various sizes base on customer’s order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Can I cancel my order?

No, cancellation of order is not allowed as we custom print every order that we receive.

2. I have entered the wrong information, can I cancel my order?

No, you are advised to contact our customer service or email us at runasia.cs@gmail.com to request for change of information.
