SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Turnaround Time
Ready Stocks
All ready stock orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Pre Order
All pre orders are processed within 30 to 45 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
We will contact you via SMS with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery. For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 3-5 business days to complete delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Meanwhile, it takes about 5-9 business days for delivery to/from East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). It might take longer if an address is categorized as out of delivery area (ODA), which may take 10-15 business days. Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm on weekday (Monday to Friday)
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can collect your purchase from our Store. But do contact us before you come and bring along proof of payment.
4. International Shipping
Yes. We offer international shipping to all countries except for North Korea, Iran and countries under UN Sanctions List.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We do not responsible for these charges if they are applied and it is your responsibility as a customer.
5. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. What should I do if my parcels have not been delivered after the given time frame?
